Collection Abstract | The papers of Mary V. Pollard, Class of 1917, consist of photographs (mostly from her years at Simmons), mementos of the type which often appear in scrapbooks (calling cards, notes, dance cards, party seating cards), many of her grades, some copies of her exams, correspondence relating to her position as Junior Class President, later correspondence with Simmons friends including Christine Ricker, Class of 1917, and some newspaper clippings. Of interest is an undated picture post card of the Simmons College Tea House at the Eastern States Exposition. |
