Title

Self-Efficacy and Outcome Expectations of Nurse Entrepreneurs

Creator

Misiaszek, Tessa

Description

The mixed method approach utilized in this research project revealed important conditions that influenced a nurse’s level of self-efficacy and outcome expectations to pursue entrepreneurship. Framed in social cognitive career theory, I explored through phenomenological interviews, the journey that nurse entrepreneurs took and the ways they overcame certain barriers previously identified in the literature.
